A manager from a significant restaurant within the nearby region called in for our services. He had been asked to find out if we could help the owner. It had turn into clear that some of the waiting staff where stealing from the Suggestions pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there can be as much as £5000 within the pot on a Saturday night.
